📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the construction, evolution, and maintenance of data products, defining architecture, standards, and governance • Serve as a technical reference, driving architectural decisions and influencing solutions with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability • Assess feasibility, effort, and ROI impact, supporting prioritization and technical direction • Define DOR (Definition of Ready), DOD (Definition of Done), and quality gates in partnership with the Squad Lead and Product Owner • Plan and execute the technical roadmap aligned with QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and business needs • Develop and mentor the team, promoting continuous technical growth • Participate in strategic forums and drive improvements in automation, integrations, and architecture • Support product sustainment by addressing root causes of incidents and ensuring compliance with standards and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields • Postgraduate degree or certifications (preferably in Data Engineering, Operational Research, AI, Software Architecture, Analytics, or related certifications) • Strong command of the Azure ecosystem (Databricks, Data Factory, Azure DevOps) • Experience with modern data architectures, data pipelines, and API-based integrations • Experience with version control, CI/CD, and deployment automation • Knowledge of logging, metrics, alerts, and dashboards • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro • Intermediate to advanced technical English (preferred)
