📋 Description

• Build platform services and capabilities • Transform rules and complexity into reusable, scalable components • Create scalable backend services (build, deploy, testing, observability) • Ensure reliability and performance • Integrate with CI/CD • Build golden paths • Automate SDLC processes • Orchestration between agents • Integration with AI • Create and maintain Skills, Agents and SubAgents to support development, review, testing, and SDLC automation workflows • Reduce manual effort in the SDLC • Increase quality and reliability • Ensure AI usage is safe, governed, and consistent across teams • Scale engineering best practices through reusable agentic components

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Backend Development (Java, .NET/C#, Go, Python, or similar) • Distributed systems architecture • CI/CD, automated testing • Observability (logs, metrics, tracing) • Platform Engineering / DevEx • DevOps / SRE (nice to have) • Automation or AI (nice to have) • Event-driven architectures / workflows (nice to have)
