📋 Description

• The professional will play a key role in the technical leadership of projects, ensuring quality, scalability, best practices, and alignment between deliveries and business objectives • Serve as the team's technical reference • Support architectural definitions and strategic technical decisions • Provide technical leadership for development squads • Ensure technical quality, best practices, and development standards • Help prioritize technical tasks in collaboration with the business and leadership • Support the team in resolving complex issues and troubleshooting • Actively participate in refinement, estimation, and technical definitions • Promote technological evolution and continuous improvement of the environment • Support the team's technical growth and engagement • Work closely with business units and executive stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in back-end development with .NET / C# • Solid background in microservices architecture and REST APIs • Experience in AWS cloud environments • Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and API Gateway • Experience with relational and non-relational databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines • Knowledge of system integration and distributed architecture • Experience with observability practices, logging, and monitoring
