📋 Description

• Lead the definition and implementation of technology architectures that support the company’s business strategy • Ensure architectural decisions and technology choices are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives • Influence the company’s technology vision, ensuring solutions are innovative, scalable, and secure • Promote operational efficiency and IT governance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with Engineering/Architecture teams • Experience with agile teams; deep knowledge and familiarity with agile ceremonies, metrics, and key processes • Strong technical understanding, able to participate in architecture discussions with engineers and develop architectural visions at both technical and strategic levels • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field • Previous experience as a developer, engineer, tech lead, or architect • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, Go, etc.) and major frameworks (Spring Boot, Quarkus, etc.) • Proficiency in Design Patterns, anti-patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, etc. • Understanding and mastery of Architecture disciplines (Solution and Enterprise) and software design (Hexagonal, Onion, Clean Architecture, Layered Architecture, etc.) • Experience with architectural styles (Monolith, Plugin, SOA, Microservices, Event-Driven, etc.) • Proven experience in IT architecture, including cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, APIs, and integrations • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases • Familiarity with integration protocols (RESTful, gRPC, GraphQL, WebSocket, etc.) • Knowledge of information security topics (defense layers, authentication and authorization models, encryption, WAF, etc.) • Knowledge of distributed computing, cloud infrastructure, and networking • Experience with DevSecOps culture and automation • Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS) • Knowledge of observability (e.g., SLA, SLI, SLO, DORA metrics, and SRE) • Knowledge of software quality (unit, integration, and functional testing; TDD/BDD; etc.)
