📋 Description

• Responsible for designing the solution that best fits the client’s business and can be developed smoothly according to the adopted technology. • Define solutions that best meet business needs, ensuring technical feasibility within the chosen technology (SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, BW/BPC module, SAC and related tools, Oracle EPM). • Gather and analyze functional requirements, contributing to the preparation of technical and functional specifications. • Participate in the design of technical solutions together with Architecture teams, vendors and software development factories. • Critically evaluate and validate proposed solutions, considering technical, operational and integration aspects with existing systems. • Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including requirements specifications, integration documents, action plans and project status reports. • Provide support to internal clients by identifying and resolving issues related to models, prototypes and integrations with other systems. • Manage project scope, costs and schedules for projects under your responsibility. • Develop detailed timelines and test plans to ensure delivery quality. • Prepare status reports for project management. • Monitor KPIs related to project delivery and solution operation, proposing continuous improvements. • Oversee tests (ST, UAT and pre-production) and post-rollout activities together with the Operations team and affected areas. • Apply knowledge of agile methodologies (such as Scrum or Kanban) to run projects efficiently, promoting incremental deliveries and collaboration across teams. • Use automation and artificial intelligence solutions to accelerate specification, development and technical validation processes. • Identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence to optimize processes and propose innovative solutions aligned with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading IT projects involving SAP systems, including BW, BPC, SAC modules, and Oracle EPM. • Functional knowledge of planning and budgeting processes. • Project management skills. • Experience with both agile and waterfall development methodologies. • Application architecture knowledge. • DevOps knowledge. • Experience working with AI agents is desirable. • Familiarity with programming languages is desirable (SQL, Shell Script, R, Python, Scala, Java, etc.). • Degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related fields. • Copy job description from Success.
