📋 Description

• Administer and maintain workforce scheduling and time management systems, particularly ORTEC and LOGA Time Management • Handle inquiries and incident reports from facilities through second-level support • Implement system adjustments and configurations • Set up working-time and shift-scheduling models in compliance with collective bargaining and statutory requirements • Support system testing and coordinate releases and updates • Create data imports and reports for the facilities • Conduct user training • Maintain process and system documentation • Help shape company-wide system standards and modern solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or healthcare-related vocational training • Ideally, additional qualification such as Certified HR Specialist (IHK), Health Care Management Specialist, or equivalent • Enthusiasm for HR systems, digital processes, and workforce scheduling software • Initial practical experience in HR, workforce scheduling, or working-time management is an advantage • Basic knowledge of collective agreements, employment contract guidelines, or working-time regulations is an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly complex spreadsheets, data analysis, and PivotTables • Structured and service-oriented approach to work • Enjoy working with a range of internal and external contacts • Alignment with Christian and diaconal values
