🎯 Requirements

• You have a degree in nursing management or nursing education and ideally training as a nursing professional • You welcome new challenges and want to continue developing professionally • You are familiar with modern media and tools such as MS 365 and, if applicable, learning platforms — or you are eager to learn them • You are outgoing, communicative, and not afraid to contribute new ideas • You enjoy working in a team with diverse skills • You are interested in organizational development and personnel development in nursing
