📋 Description

• Support in maintaining and administering our duty planning and time management systems, in particular the LOGA time management system • Assist with handling user inquiries in 1st- and 2nd-level support • Perform data checks and corrections to ensure up-to-date and accurate system data • Create and prepare analyses, reports and Excel lists • Support documentation of processes and system changes and assist in preparing training materials and presentations • Assist with testing system adjustments and updates and participate in projects for digitization and process optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Human Resources or a comparable field of study • Enthusiasm for HR processes, IT systems and digital solutions in the HR area • Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (spreadsheets, basic analyses, ideally PivotTables) • Structured, careful and reliable working style with a strong willingness to learn • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset • Initial experience or insight into HR, staff scheduling or data analysis is an advantage but not required
