📋 Description

• As a working student (m/f/d) in Human Resources, you are part of our nationwide HR team and support both recruiting and personnel administration in day-to-day operations. • You work closely with our recruiters (m/f/d) and HR administrators and gain insight into the full range of HR tasks. • Depending on needs, you support our recruiting team, for example by creating and posting job advertisements, managing applicant processes, reviewing application documents and communicating with candidates (m/f/d). • You also help with administrative tasks. • In personnel administration you support your team, for example by maintaining employee master data, preparing certificates and handling administrative tasks related to contracts and HR correspondence. • In addition, you contribute to various HR projects, for example in employer branding or process optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d). • You are a reliable, structured and team-oriented person with a quick grasp and a solution-focused approach. • You are empathetic, have a good feel for people and enjoy challenges. • You have an independent working style. • You have a very good command of German, both written and spoken.
