📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end initiatives, from requirements elicitation to final delivery. • Serve as the focal point for initiatives, ensuring alignment between business and technology areas. • Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements and business rules. • Ensure proper prioritization and tracking of requests with the teams involved. • Interact with stakeholders at various organizational levels, promoting alignment and enabling decision-making. • Actively participate in strategic meetings, presenting analyses, proposals, and recommendations. • Monitor risks, impacts, and dependencies, proposing corrective actions when necessary. • Ensure the quality of deliveries by validating alignment with business needs. • Provide user support and training, ensuring correct system usage and timely issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Product Owner, or in related roles. • Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Ability to work in complex environments with multiple interfaces. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability. • Systemic perspective and results-oriented approach. • Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility for deliverables. • Clear and assertive communication with diverse audiences. • Influencing and negotiation skills. • Collaborative attitude with the ability to handle challenging scenarios. • Confidence to question, propose improvements, and defend technical positions.
