🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in ag equipment, robotics, ag-tech, or OEM partnerships with increasing scope and responsibility • Proven track record of leading complex partnerships, including joint development agreements or embedded integrations • Familiarity with sensing, automation, and control systems for spraying, harvesting, or robotic field operations • Ability to speak both technical and commercial languages; comfortable closing a field test or a boardroom deal • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in high-growth, venture-backed environments • Preference for candidates based in the Research Triangle (RTP), NC, or within proximity to major agricultural regions where Agerpoint operates
