📋 Description

• Contribute to the ongoing development of our digital mobility and billing solutions, working closely with business units, sales, and management. • Requirements management: support the capture, documentation and preparation of product requirements and handover to the Product Owners. • Collaborate on product modules: assist with documentation, maintenance, and conceptual development of individual modules. • Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps. • Conduct research on trends, competitors, and technologies and present findings to the team. • Assist with product launches, e.g., by preparing presentations or providing input for marketing and sales. • Support business case development through data collection and preliminary analyses to assist Senior PMs and management. • Work closely with departments such as sales and Product Owners — gain experience in cross-functional coordination within product management. • Take on smaller, well-defined projects with increasing responsibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or near-complete degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field. • Basic technical understanding and an interest in bridging business and IT. • Analytical thinking combined with creativity — enjoyment in contributing to product content and proposing new ideas. • Structured, self-driven and solution-oriented work style, with a willingness to continuously develop. • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. • High degree of initiative and strong team skills. • Initial experience (e.g., internships, working student positions) in mobility, digital services, or technology is a plus but not required.

🏖️ Benefits

• Steep learning curve in product management for digital mobility solutions. • Hands-on involvement in product modules, roadmaps and projects — not just an assistant role. • Opportunity to take on your own tasks and small sub-projects from day one. • Dynamic environment with an international focus and network. • Work with modern tools such as Jira, Confluence, and common collaboration platforms. • Clear development path to Product Manager. • Support for flexibility, focus and personal development alike.
