📋 Description

• Lead the Project Management team & provide strong leadership within the department • Promote best practices in managing projects, Safety and documentation • Develop customer partnerships and senior management relationships • Leading 4-6 projects from inception to conclusion across the US & Canada • Travel approximately 70-80% • Provides updates to current project status including but not limited to, schedule, P&L, issues, risk, etc. • Partnering with Business development managers and sales representatives for project execution and completion • Ensure that all projects have a Project Delivery Plan and are managed in line with the standard Aggreko Project Management guidelines • Assist the sales team in preparation of bids and tenders • Ensure that project management processes are defined and documented in the Operations Quality Management System

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of high-level project management experience in the broadcast or Entertainment Industry • 3-4 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of business acumen and P&L creation, analysis and reporting • Strong risk mitigation and issue management experience • Proficiency with CRM (i.e., Salesforce) • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience • PMI Certified
