📋 Description

• Manage a remote sales team including setting, measuring, and tracking sales performance • Set individual revenue targets and drive their attainment throughout the Area while ensuring profitable sales • Maintain market awareness and stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the market • Enforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performance • Ensure effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales process • Drive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout sector in partnership with Marketing • Effectively utilize authority for sales personnel decisions in consultation with Sector Leader and VP of Sales • Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action • Execute specific plans developed to drive market penetration • Ensure that assigned sector attracts, develops, and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplace • Compose monthly Communication Report

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct business to business sales management experience • Knowledge of targeted territory and the Building services & construction, Manufacturing, & Utility Sector • Excellent coaching, closing and mentoring skills • Strategist and Analytical • Bachelor's degree or relevant years of experience
