📋 Description

• Lead contract negotiations with partners and vendors from initial discussions through execution • Drive discussions on commercial terms, legal provisions, and risk allocation • Take ownership of agreements, identify risks, and propose practical solutions that support business objectives • Ensure negotiations progress efficiently and agreements are closed in a timely manner • Partner with Product, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to align legal and business priorities • Work closely with the legal team to define negotiation strategies and support agreement execution • Provide practical legal guidance on commercial partnerships, digital products, and business operations • Support deal structuring across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments • Improve legal workflows, negotiation practices, and partner-facing communication standards • Establish scalable approaches to contract management, negotiation tracking, and stakeholder coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in commercial law, preferably within technology, digital, SaaS, fintech, gaming, or product companies • Proven experience leading commercial contract negotiations end-to-end • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills • Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives and drive agreements to completion • Fluent English, both written and spoken • Comfortable working in international and cross-border environments • Experience with international contracts, cross-border negotiations, or complex commercial agreements (preferred) • Experience in gaming, fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms (preferred) • Background in litigation or dispute resolution (preferred) • Legal qualification (bar admission is a plus)
