📋 Description

• Manage the calendar and priorities • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups • Organize international travel, accommodations, and logistics • Handle restaurant reservations, events requests • Manage personal and business administrative tasks • Coordinate with team members, partners, and external vendors • Track action items and make sure things get done • Research vendors, services, locations, and opportunities • Help create structure around an often fast-moving schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Has 3+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, luxury service, events, operations, or executive support • Speaks excellent English • Is highly organized and detail-oriented • Is proactive and resourceful • Communicates clearly and professionally • Enjoys solving problems independently • Can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball • Is comfortable working directly with executive level • Experience supporting executives or founders • Experience coordinating international travel
