📋 Description

• Agile Six is looking for Delivery Managers for anticipated roles on cross-functional agile teams. • Support multiple 5-8 person product team(s). • Steward team health and successful delivery with a focus on continuous improvement. • Leverage agile principles and experience to help the team continuously deliver value. • Take a bias to action to pragmatically solve problems that are barriers to the team. • Collaborate to build effective trust-based relationships. • Communicate honestly. Provide direct feedback and help others do the same. • Bring out the best in others and foster inclusion. • Ensure contractual obligations are upheld. • Support core values.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master • Experience as a member of an Agile scrum team • Demonstrated experience with complex projects, navigating multiple stakeholder relationships, and is solution driven • In-depth knowledge and application of Agile principles and practices • Have lived and worked in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years
