📋 Description

• Provide personalized customer service • Participate in online sales meetings for a variety of products • Conduct follow-ups by phone and messaging, focused on sales performance and customer reactivation • Participate in team meetings and strategic alignment sessions • Re-engage stagnant leads in the sales funnel • Generate demand from new customers without relying solely on the company’s marketing efforts • Flag sales funnel bottlenecks and issues related to lead quality or volume to the marketing team • Update the CRM daily • Conduct a high volume of follow-up activities • Participate in daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly alignment routines • Work toward challenging targets with a strong results-oriented focus

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service • Strong active listening skills • Ability to develop external communications and use the company’s language and style • Proactive, with the ability to work independently • Basic knowledge of sales automation and CRM tools • Collaborative profile, with ownership of the process and a strong drive for results • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-changing environment • Previous experience in consultative or complex sales • Experience with online or offline prospecting • Fluency in Portuguese • Comfortable making phone calls • Ability to handle a high volume of demands while maintaining consistency and quality • Full availability of working hours • Exclusive PJ contractor arrangement within the niche
