📋 Description

• Prospect for new clients and contacts daily and record information in spreadsheets • Qualify leads and build relationships via WhatsApp, phone, and email • Schedule meetings daily through outbound and inbound outreach • Ensure leads attend scheduled meetings • Update and manage the CRM daily, meet deadlines, and follow up on requests • Use task management tools, especially ClickUp or similar platforms • Conduct a high volume of follow-up activities • Participate in alignment rituals, including daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly meetings • Contribute to the sales team and build a career in sales

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with or aptitude for using a CRM daily, meeting deadlines, and following up on daily requests • Experience with or familiarity with task management tools, especially ClickUp or similar platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Responsiveness and the ability to prioritize tasks • Results-driven mindset and comfort with challenging targets • Previous experience in digital operations, marketing, agency, or high-demand squad environments • Experience with online or offline prospecting • Fluency in Portuguese • Comfortable making phone calls • Ability to handle a high volume of requests while maintaining consistency and quality • Collaborative profile with a strong sense of ownership of the process • Technical education or high school diploma
