• Organize, upload, optimize, and analyze client campaigns • Monitor results, send reports, and participate in strategic meetings • Communicate clearly with clients and the internal team • Act as a technical and organizational reference within the operation • Support management of a lean team and ensure deadlines, quality standards, and project goals are met • Manage a squad, conduct negotiations, and handle client onboarding • Create new strategies and work to prevent client churn
• Solid knowledge and PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE with Google Ads and Facebook Ads • Long-term perspective (we are not looking for freelancers) • Availability for daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly meetings • Availability for client meetings (onboarding, access setup, and results presentation) • Desire for growth, with a real possibility of taking on larger leadership roles within the operation • Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and professional demeanor • Proactivity and initiative to solve problems and propose improvements • Familiarity with marketing and organizational tools • Previous experience in team leadership or people coordination (even if informal or project-based) • Experience in project management, organizing requests, defining priorities, and tracking deliverables • Ability to organize operational routines, processes, and workflows • Analytical profile with a strategic mindset, not only operational
