📋 Description

• Cultivating and managing strategic customer relationships. • Engaging with customers to understand their unique requirements, providing tailored solutions to complex tasks and queries, thereby crafting new valuable business opportunities. • Achieving sales targets across Agilent's Consumables Portfolio. • Partnering with internal teams, including product development specialists, to lead and guide projects focused on developing new applications, enhancing customer satisfaction, and securing significant sales opportunities. • Working closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent and accurate product messaging aligns with program deliverables, supporting effective marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline. • Approximately 1–2 years of hands-on experience in customer-facing sales roles. • Strong practical knowledge of laboratory techniques, particularly in Chromatography, Spectroscopy, and Mass Spectrometry, with a focus on applications in the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical sectors. • Strong business development and sales/closing skills. • Available for up to 50% business travel. • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills. • Experience in chromatography consumables sales/marketing is desired. • Proven success in managing medium to large accounts, with a track record of selling both existing and new technology products. • Understanding of the Environmental and Food market segments is a very welcome addition.
