📋 Description

• Install, commission, repair, maintain, and provide training and technical support for key-account instruments, including LC, GC, and GCMS hardware and software • Provide proactive equipment health management services • Handle complex technical issues and coordinate across departments • Drive closed-loop management of customer needs • Support customer business development and laboratory operations • Support service contracts and business growth • Contribute to knowledge retention and team capability building • Resolve customer problems promptly and maintain customer satisfaction • Maintain strong customer relationships • Complete other assigned work according to company processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or capability supporting installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance, and training for LC, GC, GCMS instruments, related hardware, and software • Ability to provide proactive equipment health management services • Ability to handle complex technical issues and collaborate across departments • Ability to manage customer needs through closure • Ability to support customer business development and laboratory operations • Ability to support service contracts and business growth • Ability to resolve customer problems promptly and maintain customer satisfaction • Ability to complete other work effectively according to company processes • Willingness to travel 75% of the time
