📋 Description

• Conduct onsite system installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance • Assist customers with using ESI equipment smoothly • Serve as the preliminary contact for customers’ production problems • Provide service to achieve optimal customer satisfaction • Implement daily work using formal processes and communicate results • Follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements • Provide customers with after-sales technical support • Act as the primary contact when customer production lines encounter problems • Independently handle and resolve assigned tasks under supervision

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of electronics system maintenance experience • At least a college diploma in electronic engineering • Flexibility to travel domestically • Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach • Ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime if required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with computer applications • Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing communication skills • Ability to adapt to frequent travel and irregular working hours • Applicants may be subject to export-control eligibility restrictions based on citizenship, country of origin, or immigration status where legally required
