📋 Description

• driving sales of liquid chromatography products within the US and Canada • maintaining own funnel and carrying a sales quota • developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share • serving as technical point of contact at key strategic accounts • focusing on strategic and competitive opportunities to capture market share • functioning as an expert in competition / product differentiation for the broader sales organization • delivering product/workflow presentations and coordinating demonstrations • collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns • maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM software • regularly participating in relevant industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry, Analytical chemistry or adjacent field • 2+ years proven experience in sales, preferably in the scientific or analytical instruments industry • Deep technical understanding of Agilent’s full portfolio of chromatographic solutions and associated applications • Knowledgeable in the informatics solutions and associated compliance requirements of the LC market is highly desirable • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to travel within the designated territory
