📋 Description

• Lead and maintain product data within the PIM system, ensuring data integrity and performing audits and updates • Coordinate with IT and data teams to troubleshoot and resolve PIM data-related issues • Partner with teams to create and maintain high-quality product descriptions, specifications, images, and other content for omni-channel use • Submit and lead Service Desk requests to facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of content-related issues and stakeholder requests • Partner with stakeholders to create and maintain high-quality non-PIM web elements and Flexible Article Template pages • Optimize product content for SEO using platforms like BrightEdge, GA4, CrazyEgg and integrate generative AI and new platforms into content processes • Develop dashboards to monitor and analyze content performance and generate reports with recommendations • Collaborate with PIM Analysts, Publishing team, Writing Center of Excellence, and Localization team; provide training and support to stakeholders • Support New Product Introduction and M&A by implementing content needs, managing Service Desk tickets, and ensuring content consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent • 8+ years relevant experience in digital marketing, content strategy or e-commerce • Proven experience with PIM systems and digital content platforms • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., BrightEdge, GA4, CrazyEgg) • Familiarity with generative AI and emerging content technologies is a plus • Experience supporting New Product Introductions (NPI) and M&A content integration
