📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design, detailed configuration, to-be process flows, and implementation of complex SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA Finance projects and programs • Lead implementations involving RAR, Intercompany, and Group Reporting modules • Translate business strategies, programs, and projects into structured SAP business process flows • Serve as functional/technical lead and Finance business process lead for SAP initiatives • Establish new business models from a Finance perspective, including local regulations, SOX, Compliance, RAR, and Intercompany requirements • Lead Finance workstreams for enterprise projects including M&A integrations and transformation initiatives • Lead and implement Q2C processes, tracking, and program management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prototype integrated solutions across FI, CO, MM, SD, and PS • Represent Finance stakeholders and Finance and compliance requirements when liaising with IT • Drive data migration, cutover planning, and system testing for ECC-to-S/4 transitions • Resolve complex system and process design issues while ensuring internal-control and regulatory compliance • Mentor junior teammates and lead project teams through delivery and the project lifecycle • Engage senior stakeholders to align priorities and build SAP solutions around business objectives, strategies, and KPIs • Develop transition strategies for Oracle EPM to S/4HANA Group Reporting • Lead Group Reporting integration with S/4HANA Universal Journal, SAP Fiori apps, and SAP Analytics Cloud

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field • 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO (ECC and S/4HANA) • Deep techno-functional expertise in 2–3 Finance sub-functions, such as Intercompany, RAR, and FA • SAP certifications in S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting preferred • Hands-on, proven experience with SAP FICO and S/4HANA • Experience with SAP Group Reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud highly preferred • Experience upgrading from Oracle EPM Suite to SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and SAC highly preferred • Strong understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes • Experience leading global implementations and managing multi-geo teams from a Finance perspective • Deep functional and technical experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA FICO modules • Group Reporting and legacy-system transition experience, preferably Oracle EPM to S/4HANA Group Reporting • Knowledge of consolidation processes, including legal and management consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation • Experience with Data Models, Data Monitor, Consolidation Monitor, and ownership tasks preferred • Strong financial-data interpretation and consolidation troubleshooting skills • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimizing complex workflows • Experience leading S/4HANA implementations and upgrades, especially Group Reporting and finance transformations • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills • Third-party integration experience preferred • Familiarity with SAP security, WRICEF development, and testing frameworks
