• 12+ years of recruiting experience • Experience hiring across PAN India • Experience building and developing relationships with universities • Executive recruiting experience • Experience recruiting across a range of disciplines and levels, spanning corporate and operations roles. • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, influencing and partnering with leaders at all levels, including executives, through strong consultative communication. • Excellent sourcing, networking, and market research skills. • Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience analyzing trends and refining recruiting strategies. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and AI-driven technology • Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry also a plus
