📋 Description

‱ Design and deliver advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending) and dashboards to support strategic decision-making ‱ Develop complex calculated fields and reporting logic using deep knowledge of Workday business objects and data sources ‱ Own and evolve global HR reporting governance, including report inventory, standards, certification, and access controls ‱ Ensure all reporting solutions meet data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., pay transparency, workforce reporting) ‱ Partner with HR, Finance, and COEs to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions ‱ Enable self-service reporting through standardized dashboards, discovery boards, and training ‱ Maintain audit-ready documentation for all critical reports and reporting processes ‱ Continuously assess and optimize reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve data accessibility

🎯 Requirements

‱ 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience ‱ Advanced proficiency in calculated fields, business objects, and Workday data architecture ‱ Strong understanding of Workday security model and data access controls ‱ Proven ability to design scalable reporting solutions aligned to global HR data standards ‱ Experience supporting regulatory and compliance reporting (e.g., pay equity, workforce disclosures) ‱ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights ‱ Experience working in global, matrixed environments with cross-functional stakeholders ‱ Familiarity with Workday Prism, Discovery Boards, or external BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus ‱ Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, IT, or a related field.
