📋 Description

• Design and deliver advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending) and dashboards to support strategic decision-making • Develop complex calculated fields and reporting logic using deep knowledge of Workday business objects and data sources • Own and evolve global HR reporting governance, including report inventory, standards, certification, and access controls • Ensure all reporting solutions meet data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., pay transparency, workforce reporting) • Partner with HR, Finance, and COEs to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions • Enable self-service reporting through standardized dashboards, discovery boards, and training • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all critical reports and reporting processes • Continuously assess and optimize reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve data accessibility

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience • Advanced proficiency in calculated fields, business objects, and Workday data architecture • Strong understanding of Workday security model and data access controls • Proven ability to design scalable reporting solutions aligned to global HR data standards • Experience supporting regulatory and compliance reporting (e.g., pay equity, workforce disclosures) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights • Experience working in global, matrixed environments with cross-functional stakeholders • Familiarity with Workday Prism, Discovery Boards, or external BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, IT, or a related field.
