📋 Description

• Build and own end-to-end features across backend and frontend • Develop scalable backend services (Python) and modern frontend components (React) • Participate in system design and architectural discussions • Work closely with Product, DevOps, and other engineering teams • Ensure high engineering standards: clean code, testing, observability, and performance • Leverage AI-powered development and code review tools as part of the daily workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Senior/Principal/Staff engineer - must • Proficiency in Python and React - must • Proven experience building complex systems in cloud-based, B2B SaaS environments • Experience with AWS (or other major cloud providers) • Proven track record delivering greenfield cloud-native systems • Experience working in startup environments or small, fast-moving teams - must • High level of ownership, independence, and strong time-management skills • Deeply technical, high-agency, and comfortable owning complex systems end to end • Data-driven and pragmatic, with uncompromising quality standards • Fluent Hebrew (spoken and written) • Experience in DSPM or CSPM domains (advantage)
