• Responsible for internal support and external customers including data management, work order management, and customer facing program assignments. • Work with pricing and field teams on vendor quotes while working with accounts payable on vendor invoicing discrepancies. • Work with the assigned supervisor to operationalize the customer contract strategy and relationships. • Creating and maintaining asset profile and service tickets. • Retrieving, reviewing and processing documentation from internal/external customers. • Executing and understanding all department standard operating procedures. • Working closely with technical staff to ensure resolution of service level issues in a timely manner. • Assisting in achieving full compliance with medical equipment management programs. • Work towards end of month calendar deliverables. • Support quality control efforts to align both revenue and expense activities. • Lead process improvement initiatives. • Support customer onboarding project plans and train end users. • Reporting out on month end operational activities through dashboards. • Work cross-functionally between various departments on small to mid-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration strongly preferred but not required • 3-5 years administrative experience • Demonstration of organizational effectiveness • Desire to cultivate skills to grow professionally • Cooperative and contributing team member to ensure a high level of service is provided to both internal and external customers • Exhibits flexibility in work schedule in order to meet customer needs • Desire to learn about and to establish self as an expert/resource in product, market, profession or area of expertise • Time management and organizational skills. • Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend and stoop numerous times throughout the day • Strong body of knowledge on department processes • Proven ability to work independently and maintain a high level of standards.
