📋 Description

• Proactively contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, and email • Answer accounting, tax, financial, and platform-related questions • Log customer interactions and follow up on each case through resolution • Forward technical requests to the appropriate teams and provide feedback to the customer • Suggest improvements to customer service processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong communication skills • Experience in customer service • Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically • Proactive mindset and interest in professional growth • Interest in technology and basic knowledge of processes and Artificial Intelligence • Organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment • Enjoys working as part of a team • Resilience when handling a variety of requests
