• Identificar y prospectar empresas en España con necesidades de servicios TI. • Contactar a personas clave y tomadores de decisión (IT Managers, CTOs, Gerentes de Tecnología, Compras, RRHH, etc.). • Presentar de manera clara y concisa el valor del modelo de outsourcing de AGTEC. • Agendar reuniones comerciales calificadas para el Ejecutivo Comercial. • Registrar y mantener actualizada la información de contactos y gestiones comerciales. • Hacer seguimiento a prospectos hasta la concreción de la reunión. • Coordinar agendas considerando diferencias horarias entre España y Chile.
• Experiencia previa en asistencia comercial, ventas B2B, televentas o generación de leads, idealmente en servicios o tecnología. • Deseable conocimiento básico del sector TI o interés en aprender sobre servicios tecnológicos. • Excelente habilidad de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita. • Alta orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos. • Capacidad de trabajo 100% remoto, con buena autogestión y disciplina. • Manejo de herramientas digitales (correo, CRM, LinkedIn, Excel, videollamadas).
• Salario base fijo • Incentivo variable por cada reunión efectiva obtenida • Bono adicional por éxito, asociado al cierre de negocios concretados a partir de las reuniones generadas
