• Monitor strategic planning activities and define the hotel’s rate structure and rate fluctuation triggers. • Monitor rates across sales channels using the shopper report provided (Lighthouse). • Continuously analyze occupancy curves and on‑books data, adjusting rates to maximize RevPAR. Analyze group displacement and specific ad‑hoc situations. • Analyze booking patterns and market trends. • Analyze distribution channels and their contribution to the hotel’s revenue mix. • Assist in the RFP process, from initial data collection and stakeholder coordination to completing and evaluating received proposals. • Prepare forecast reports to view occupancy, ADR and revenue over the short and medium term (Weekly Forecast). • Close monthly AIG and RSI reports. Focus on hotel profitability, including analysis of each client’s net average daily rate. • Ensure analysis of internal and external reports to develop pricing and availability strategies. Recommend/approve ad‑hoc promotions.
• At least 1 year of experience in the role. • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress. • Required knowledge of Omnibees, Excel and the extranets for Booking, Expedia, Decolar and Letsbook. • English fluency preferred.
