• Monitor the strategic planning process and define hotel rate structures and rate fluctuation triggers • Monitor sales channel rates using the shopper report provided (Lighthouse) • Analyze occupancy curves and on-the-books data to adjust rates for optimal RevPAR • Analyze group displacement and ad hoc situations • Analyze booking patterns and market trends • Analyze distribution channels and their contribution to the hotel's revenue mix • Support the RFP process, from data gathering and outreach to completing and evaluating received proposals • Prepare forecast reports to view occupancy, ADR and revenue in the short and medium term (weekly forecast) • Close monthly AIG and RSI reports, focusing on hotel profitability and analysis of the net average daily rate (net ADR) per customer • Ensure analysis of internal and external reports to inform pricing and availability strategy • Recommend/approve targeted promotions
• Experience managing Channel Manager (Omnibees), Climber (RMS), hotel website, GDS and PMS • Knowledge of Power BI • Familiarity with Lighthouse • Previous experience in the role • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Intermediate to advanced English • At least 1 year of experience in Revenue Management • Strong Excel skills • Strong communication skills with team members and general managers
