📋 Description

• Develop strategies to stabilize the existing portfolio and further develop broker and client relationships • Acquire new clients in the assigned region • Proactively manage assigned major clients and in-house brokers • Actively manage relationships with decision-makers • Ensure achievement of sales targets • Lead and coordinate virtual account teams • Organize broker and client events • Maintain sales-related data in our CRM and sales systems

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in the large account segment at an internationally oriented company in the financial services sector • Proven track record in broker/key account management • Multi-line technical knowledge with at least one area of specialization • Leadership skills in the sense of "influencing without authority" • Strong customer orientation with the ability to build and further develop stable relationships • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken • Good IT skills (Office 365, Salesforce)
