📋 Description
• Führen des Shops mit allen Mitarbeitern • Umsatzplanung und Ergebnisverantwortung • Personaleinsatzplanung • Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Kundenservice und Stammkundenpflege • Umsatzorientierter Direktverkauf • Warenpflege, Warenpräsentation und -aufbau • Berichterstattung aller relevanten Informationen an den Head of Retail • Erledigung administrativer/buchhalterischer Tätigkeiten (Kassenführung, Kosten- und Rechnungskontrolle etc.) • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inventuren
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit Mitarbeiterführung • Begeisterung für hochwertige Produkte • Sicheres, professionelles Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse • Weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
