📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the financial success (P&L) • Planning, controlling and reporting of all relevant KPIs • Ensuring the highest standards in food quality, hygiene & safety • Active management of guest feedback and continuous improvement • Building, leading and developing your team • Recruiting, onboarding and talent development • Conducting trainings (with support from the Pizza Academy) • Creating an open, inclusive and motivating team culture • Goods and inventory management • Shift and rota planning • Close collaboration with Operations, Support teams and the UK team

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager or in a comparable leadership role in the hospitality industry • Strong understanding of business/financial KPIs • Passion for hospitality, food and people • Hands-on mentality — you’re present where your team needs you • Strong communicator, empathetic and decisive • Good German & English skills • You live the values — not just the processes
