📋 Description

• Responsible for construction logistics on large-scale projects. • Planning, implementation and management of logistics tasks. • On-site point of contact for project stakeholders. • Documentation of subcontractor inductions. • Quality checks of subcontractor performance. • Preparation of monthly performance documentation. • Identification of potential contract variations/claims. • Support in preparing claims.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on and technically skilled. • Experience in the construction industry (advantageous/if applicable). • Leadership ability and assertiveness when dealing with subcontractors. • Solution-oriented and goal-driven working style. • Team player.
