📋 Description

• Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple projects in the area of sprinkler system modifications and retrofits • Processing repair orders and preparing the associated quotations • Contract-compliant execution of projects with respect to schedules, costs and revenues • Comprehensive change-order management • Maintaining customer contact and participating in construction/site meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering, or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman • Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally in sprinkler systems • Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD/design software • Proficient in the MS Office suite • Structured, results-oriented working style • Communicative, solution-oriented, and a strong team player
