• Support for the commercial management • Preparation of outgoing invoices and proper recording and posting of incoming invoices • Responsibility for monthly reporting • Support with monthly cost and performance accruals • Participation in monthly project controlling • Overall responsibility for contract and document management
• Completed commercial training and initial professional experience, preferably in the construction or real estate sector • Strong numerical aptitude • Ideally, initial experience with Nevaris or iTWO • Familiarity with cumulative interim (progress) invoices • Proficient in MS Office programs • Reliable, committed and enjoys working in a team
