📋 Description

• Independent and professional management of residential and/or commercial properties • Independent tenant support, including tenant- and property-specific communication • Implementation of regular rent adjustments • Preparation of service charge/utility statements (Nebenkostenabrechnungen) • Collaboration with the in-house construction/maintenance department, procurement and accounting • Recording and maintaining contract data in our digital archive

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training as a Real Estate Clerk/Property Management Assistant and/or further qualification as a Certified Real Estate Specialist (m/f/d) • Several years of professional experience in property management, preferably including management of commercial properties • Basic technical knowledge is desirable • Confident and proficient use of Microsoft Office and ideally experience with Wodis Yuneo • Independent, responsible and structured way of working
