📋 Description

• Independent operational support and administration of leasing contracts (terms, amendments, returns) • Handling of damage and claims cases, including coordination with leasing companies, insurers, and repair shops • Maintenance and updating of lease-relevant contract and vehicle data in the ERP system • Support for fleet management in vehicle-related contract processes (no price or contract negotiations) • Monitoring and documentation of fleet-related deadlines and legal requirements (e.g., periodic vehicle inspections such as TÜV, statutory safety checks (UVV), and driver's license checks)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training or comparable qualification • Several years of practical experience in operational leasing contract administration or fleet management • Confident handling of leasing contracts (terms, contract changes, returns, claims settlement) • Experience working with leasing companies, insurers, and repair shops • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics NAV) • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
