📋 Description

• Build and maintain a positive working atmosphere through leadership, development, coaching and motivation of your store team. • Organize merchandise management on the sales floor and ensure attractive product presentation in the store. • Optimize, manage and implement all relevant operational and sales processes. • Take responsibility for the sales and financial performance of your store. • Confidently use our inventory management and POS systems. • Responsibility for sales, analyses and staff planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail cosmetics or fashion. • Strong service orientation and proven sales skills. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire. • Team player with leadership experience. • Strong organizational skills and a good understanding of numbers. • Passion for cosmetics. • Confident, professional and engaging manner.
