• Lead the shop and manage all staff • Sales planning and responsibility for results • Staff scheduling • Ensure excellent customer service and customer retention • Sales-focused direct selling • Merchandise maintenance, presentation and display setup • Report all relevant information to the Head of Retail • Perform administrative/accounting tasks (cash handling, cost and invoice control, etc.) • Prepare and conduct stock inventories
• Completed commercial/vocational training and professional experience in a comparable position with team leadership • Passion for high-quality products • Confident, professional demeanor and strong communication skills • High level of responsibility, commitment and flexibility • Fluent German and good command of English • Additional languages are an advantage
