📋 Description

• Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple projects in the field of sprinkler system modifications • Handling repair orders and preparing related quotations • Contract-compliant execution of projects with respect to schedules, costs and revenues • Management of contract variations (change orders) and maintaining customer relations • Participation in site/construction meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering, or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman • Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally in sprinkler systems • Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD/design software • Proficient in MS Office • Structured and results-oriented work style
