📋 Description

• Regular cross-functional controlling and management of fund drawdowns / interim and final project settlements, including allocation and coordination of tasks within the respective departments • Definition of key performance indicators and audit criteria for the accounting of publicly funded projects • Analysis of project metrics and controlling, including deriving and implementing measures • Continuous improvement of interfaces with Finance, Accounting and Controlling teams • Preparation and quality assurance of monthly management materials (e.g., presentations, liquidity reporting, pre-financing reporting) as well as preparation and follow-up for internal and external meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree in economics, business administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on Finance or Controlling • Extensive experience in project management, in researching and systematically analyzing financial data, and in preparing management and written materials, with a strong affinity for numbers • Proficiency with standard software (e.g., Microsoft 365) and willingness to get hands-on with SAP or other systems • Strong commitment and organizational skills, excellent team spirit, and an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset
