📋 Description

• Project planning & control • Overall responsibility for the planning, execution and close-out of projects • Development and monitoring of project structure, schedule and resource plans • Budget and cost responsibility (controlling, reporting) • Risk management and opportunity assessment • Claim management and processing of contract variations • Team leadership & coordination • Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams • Coordination of all project stakeholders (engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning) • Interface management between trades/disciplines • Workforce planning and resource allocation • Stakeholder & contract management • Primary point of contact for clients • Communication with partners and subcontractors • Reporting to management • Negotiation of contract changes/variations • Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations • Technical responsibility • Approval/release of engineering deliverables • Quality assurance across all phases • Acceptance and warranty management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering • Minimum 5 years of international large-project experience in plant engineering/construction • Project management certification (PMP, IPMA B/A, PRINCE2) advantageous • Experience in EPC / EPCM projects • Solid project management methodologies and confident use of PM tools • Technical understanding of plant engineering • Knowledge of contract law and contract management • Cost and budget responsibility • Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
