• Responsible for construction site logistics in large-scale projects, working in collaboration with the project manager. • Planning, execution and management of logistics tasks. • Point of contact for project participants on site. • Documentation of subcontractor inductions/briefings. • Conduct quality checks of subcontractor performance. • Prepare monthly documentation of services/performance. • Identify potential change-order/claim opportunities and support follow-up.
• Hands-on and technically adept. • Experience in the construction industry is an advantage. • Strong leadership skills when managing subcontractors. • Solution-oriented and results-driven working style. • Teamwork-oriented; ability to work well in a team.
