📋 Description

• You temporarily assume responsibility for the financial and operational management of a facility • You shape recruitment, workforce planning, leadership and staff retention • You are the primary point of contact for all matters relating to the facility • You motivate and develop your colleagues through commitment and by setting an example • You actively contribute to the professional development of your colleagues • You support our facility managers with onboarding and ongoing development

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in social, nursing or healthcare management, or a nursing qualification with appropriate additional certification • Qualification according to §2 HeimPersV • Several years of professional and managerial experience in a care facility • Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset • High level of customer and employee orientation • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility • Willingness to travel regionally and flexibility
