📋 Description

• You are responsible for product strategy and evolution across the entire product lifecycle and will drive the product into our next growth phase. • You structure requirements from Sales, Support, Integration teams and external partners, challenge them, and translate them into a prioritized, robust roadmap that supports our continued growth. • You refine existing product processes and make them scalable, especially in requirements intake, prioritization, roadmapping and release communication. • You mentor and develop Product Owners and teams professionally, sharpening existing structures rather than rebuilding them. • The goal is a setup that can withstand growth and does not need to be adjusted at every new phase. • You work on the further development of our agent-based product platform and drive the structured introduction, QA and rollout of new agents. • In addition, you bring the SaaS business to the next maturity level, particularly around pricing, billing, customer onboarding and the underlying operational processes. • You work data-driven: define relevant metrics, validate hypotheses and make traceable decisions — even when they require a clear “no.” • You roll up your sleeves and help get things done when something isn’t working, rather than just delegating.

🎯 Requirements

• You bring several years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B environment, ideally from a scaling phase, and have actively contributed to building AI products. • You have owned products across the full lifecycle, from discovery to iteration, and understand the requirements of structured, robust product work. • You have established and evolved product processes, designing them to function as complexity grows. • You have experience in the technical leadership and development of product and engineering teams, ideally in a distributed and international setup. • You understand how AI-based systems are built, especially orchestrated and modular approaches like agent systems, and have a strong sense for integration, quality assurance and the targeted use of human-in-the-loop. • AI tools are a regular part of your daily work and you actively use them to improve product activities and development. • You communicate confidently with executives, leaders and technical teams and are business-fluent in German and English.
